Since 1784, The Royal Highland and Agricultural Society of Scotland (RHASS), has been the respected standard-bearer for farming and rural industry in Scotland. With over 16,000 members, its key remit is to promote Scotland's land-based and allied businesses.
A registered charity, the Society plays a pivotal role in the creation of a better understanding of the management of Scotland's land and rural resources.

Perhaps best known for large events such as the Royal Highland Show, the venue regularly plays host to a wide variety of events including: concerts, gigs, motoring events, exhibitions, conferences, live sport, meetings and functions.
The beauty of the Royal Highland Centre is that, in addition to three halls, there is also extensive outdoor space including 110-acres of parkland, south arena, track area, countryside area and parking for 20,000 vehicles.
I'd like to find out more about the track events at the Royal Highland Centre.
Our track events are a unique way of seeing the venue and all it has to offer.
Our purpose built track is the original home of Scottish Motorsport and is still used today. The Centre's flexibility makes it an ideal choice for motoring and track based events. The track itself is a big draw and is used in a variety of ways; from test driving vehicles, showcasing new vehicles or hosting driving day experiences that allow visitors to drive their dream cars round a purpose built track.
The Royal Highland Centre is at the forefront of track events in Scotland, securing our place in Scottish motor racing's history books; past, present and future.
What capacity does the Royal Highland Centre have?
This all depends on the area of the Royal Highland Centre that suits the event best. We have some 18,000m² covered exhibition space encompassing three halls:
The largest of our four halls, the Highland Hall has a seated capacity of 10,000 or 12,000 for an indoor performance.
With views overlooking the Royal Highland Centre's parkland, the first floor has three meeting rooms and an open foyer area capable of hosting between 30 and 200 for a lecture or 250 for a private dinner. A restaurant, coffee lounge, toilets, and changing facilities are available on the ground floor and air conditioning and wifi is available throughout.
The second largest of our event venues and a popular choice with exhibition organisers, the Lowland Hall offers event organisers 4200m² of space.
The stand-alone hall is capable of comfortably seating 2500 for a banquet, over 5000 for a conference or 6000 for a concert or theatrical production.
Occupying the north east corner of the Royal Highland Centre, the Central Hall offers additional floor space to events in the Highland or Lowland Hall. Situated adjacent to both the Highland and Lowland Halls, it successfully links the venues for large events.
